Project to finance a 6MW grid connected solar power plant and 2.5MWh/5MW battery energy storage system for solar smoothing energy storage. The system will be fully integrated and automated with the existing diesel generation (17.9 MW installed capacity currently manually operated) to optimize solar energy use, to enable optimal BESS charging/discharging and to provide optimal shut off of the diesel engines.

The information and data gathered from these waste audits will be used by countries in the Pacific to support the development and monitoring of waste and resource recovery projects and recommend the infrastructure and policy interventions required. The regional dataset will also be used to identify and evaluate potential regional projects that would improve waste management in the region.
This report culminates the findings of the Household Income and Expenditure Survey that was undertaken
from September 2012 to the end of August 2013.
